in a rut, but what i've got is in no can

I lie down in the dust just under your eye
A scrap of paper, thin as vapour
Filling my clothes like smoke
A couple of the wires in my heart are broke
I throw, I miss, something, nothing
But dreams, schemes, moments wasted
Taste I tasted
Fate I'm fated
Re-edited again then copy pasted

So we basically have almost everything in common....well, maybe minus 'beards' and add 'peanut butter m&m's'.
Also. If i was Alexander Wang's merchandising assistant, I would also love my job.

school's out

I wish i looked this good with tangled, knotted, greasy hair! These are some photos from this months Vogue Italia issue featuring some of my fave models: Abbey Lee Kershaw, Freja Beha Erichsen, Lara Stone, Angela Lindvall and Joan Smalls. This Amazing editorial was photographed by none other than Mr. Steven Meisel. God bless him and his camera.

myberries

Despite the INTENSE cold wind, we still managed to snap some cute photos by the water. However, it was so incredibly windy (the seagulls couldn't even fly forward) we relocated to the park :)
YES, we're all wearing headbands. YES. we're wearing heels in a park. YES, our outfits look the same (not planned fyi). YES, we got strange looks at timmy's and NO, we don't care.

love them:

babushka gone punk

The mixture of plaid, crystals, head chains and fishnets with gorgeous embellishments, folklore and ethnic culture created the '60's punk era meets traditional russian costume' theme in this collection. I never would have thought to mix the 2 together, but Alexandre Herchcovitch has so perfectly represented that in his FW 2010 collection. His inspiration came from Georgian director Sergei Paradjanov and the traditional costumes from different regions in the former U.S.S.R with a hint of punk.

Side Note: Did i mention the fact that i adore headpieces? these ones featured here are amazing, i would love to get my hands one one....(added to wish list)
